Oftentimes performing a hard refresh of your browser will resolve any loading issues you're experiencing. Please see the instructions below for performing a hard reset on Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge/Internet Explorer.
How to hard refresh your browser and clear your cache
Google Chrome:
Windows:
To hard refresh on Google Chrome on Windows, there are two ways you can do it:
- Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
- Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Mac:
To do a hard refresh on Google Chrome on Mac, there are two ways that you can do it:
- Hold down Shift and click the Reload button.
- Or Hold down Command, Shift and click the ‘R’ key.
Firefox:
Windows:
To hard refresh on Firefox on Windows, there are two ways that you can do it:
- Hold down Ctrl, Shift and the ‘R’ key.
- Or Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Mac:
To hard refresh on Firefox on Mac, there are two ways that you can do it:
- Hold down Command, Shift and the ‘R’ key.
- Or Hold down Shift and press the reload button.
Safari:
To hard refresh safari, there is one simple way to do it:
Hold down the option and command key then press the ‘E’ key.
Edge/Internet Explorer:
To hard refresh Edge/Internet Explorer, there are two ways that you can do it:
- Hold the Control key, press the F5 key.
- Or, hold the Control key, click the Refresh button.

3) Debugging information from your browser's console
This step is optional and more advanced, but the details will help us better diagnose your issue:
Google Chrome:
Step 1: In the menu, select: View > Developer > Developer Tools. This will open a window to the right of your browser.
Step 2: Near the top of that new window, click the the two right arrows (>>) and select “Console.”
Step 3: Reload the page to trigger the error and then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information and include it in your reply. Example screenshot:
Firefox:
Step 1: In the Firefox menu select Tools > Web Developer > Web Developer Tools or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + I or F12 on Windows or Cmd + Opt + I on macOS.
Step 2: Reload the page to trigger the error and then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information and include it in your reply. Example screenshot:
Safari:
Step 1: In the Safari menu, click on "Settings" and then select the "Advanced" tab. (Safari Menu > Settings > Advanced). Check the box next to “show Develop menu in menu bar.”
Step 2: Once that selection is enabled, in the Safari menu, select Develop > Show Javascript Console or use the shortcut Option + ⌘ + C. This will open a console window.

Edge/Internet Explorer:
Step 1: Press F12 on the keyboard. Optional: Click Tools > F12 Developer Tools.
